Archetype has worked together in many mission based for profit and not for profit entities and combines our experience as Entrepreneurs, Business Owners, Investors, C-Suite Executives, Board Members (local, regional and national), Missionary Apostolates (domestic and international), and Philanthropy. We are professionals from all walks of life, with masters level education and long curriculum vitae, but our greatest asset is our love for God and desire to steward the talents He has blessed us with, in order to respond to His love, give Him glory and fulfill our Divine Assignment, extending His Kingdom here on earth.

Mrs. Rich is a business founder and owner, investor and passionate apostle, whose missional legacy thus far has already touched countless lives. She prayerfully provides practical and spiritual insight and leadership with her team and clients. She serves on several well-regarded regional and national boards and is a sought-after inspirational speaker, building upon the foundation of her degrees in newscasting and communications, as well as her many society leadership roles throughout her life.
Her schedule is always full to overflowing with thoughtful, hidden deeds of charity, and the charism of hospitality flows from her naturally. Hence, God has blessed her benevolent heart with great abundance, with which she stewards all projects, great and small, to His Glory.
Her fight to keep her family first is a credit to her, and her favorite role will always be wife, mother and grandmother. She has made it a life rule to always prioritize accompanying her husband and children, who she loves and prays for fiercely. She often testifies to God's blessings in her life, and, in turn, blesses others.

Mr. Brown is a key strategist in the digital sales and e-commerce growth of Archetype ventures. Having held prior positions in Information Systems and Technology, his expertise is a drive to the Growth Hacking (efficient and dynamic digital sales) needed for each of Archetype's client investments. Mr. Brown holds masters degrees in Theology and Philosophy from the Regina Apostolorum in Rome, Italy; has accreditations in a multitude of software and tech systems, and speaks Spanish, French and Italian.
His wife and children delight him endlessly and, among his many passtimes, he enjoys nothing more than to spend time over a glass of craft beer with those he loves.

Mrs. Ferrigno is a longtime business owner and private equity investor, whose financial prowess and C-suite experience provide inspiring strategies, financial stewardship, training and vision for all involved in the Archetype Group, our clients, and Archangel Funds. Her pragmatism, discretion, and character surrendered to the Lord for wisdom lends itself to wisdom in earthly matters as well, and she helps Archetype project out futures full of hope and possibility, with solutions, and courage to ask the hard questions and wrest forth the greater answers. Ms. Ferrigno also serves on several boards and holds various business memberships.
Tina has a deeply spiritual heart and she is endlessly loyal to her beautiful, multiplying family full of blessings and grandchildren who adore her, and a wide circle who are blessed by her kind presence.

Mrs. Brown is a prolific creative with a deep spirituality and well-honed strategic perspective in life and in business. As a business owner and entrepreneur, she has drawn upon her degrees in philosophy, psychology, women's studies and law to contribute generously on Archetype's many projects, including co-founding and some designing for House of Royals with the Yeps.
Maria is an advocate for holistic wellness and better beauty. While she enjoys her partnership at Archetype, the partnership she enjoys the most is with her husband, Brendon, and their endlessly fulfilling life with their four adventuresome children.

Mr. Rich is an established presence in the world of business through his ownership and operation of Rich Development Group, commercial real estate and development. A man of God and real faith, Mr. Rich advises financial and growth strategies from a place of authentic integrity. He actively guides, challenges and inspires new growth, and he's a visionary with the capacity, patience and understanding for startups and accelerators. He also believes in committing and stewarding investments to God, and always giving the client more than we receive.
Joe is constantly grateful for the abundance he has experienced for the generations, as he is now witnessing his grown children form families of their own, achieve fulfilling careers and explore their talents. His wife and family fill up his whole heart.
